You can return an item within 10 days of delivery.
What we take back
- Items that are unused, unwashed and still have their tags.
- Items in their original packing.
How to return
- Call us on 771589****4 or email support@eloquent.com with your order number.
- We arrange a pickup or tell you where to send it.
- We check the item when it reaches us.
Your refund
Once we get the item back and check it, the money goes back the way you paid, within 7 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 2 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
